1. About Our Service
Oat & Ink creates custom handcrafted layflat photo books. Each book is a made-to-order product designed by our in-house team using photos you provide.
2. Ordering Process
- Configure your book and complete payment at checkout.
- Share your photos via the link in your order confirmation.
- Our designers create a layout and your book is printed and dispatched.
3. Delivery
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from the date we confirm receipt of your photos. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We currently deliver within India only.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
5. Photo Responsibility
You are responsible for the quality and resolution of photos you submit. We cannot enhance blurry or low-resolution images. You must have the right to use all submitted photos.
6. Design Discretion
Our designers have artistic discretion over layout, cropping, and arrangement. You do not preview or approve the design before printing. If you have specific instructions, please include them when sharing your photos.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all photos you submit. By submitting photos, you grant Oat & Ink a limited licence to use them solely for creating your ordered book. We will never use your photos for marketing without your explicit written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Oat & Ink’s liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
