Every book is checked by hand before it leaves the workshop — pages, binding, colour. Nothing ships that we wouldn't keep.
Every book is also made for one person, from their photos, so we can't resell or restock it. That means we don't take general returns.
If something's wrong when it arrives — damaged, misprinted, bound badly — tell us within 7 days and we'll remake it. No argument, no sending it back. Send a photo.
What we don't cover: damage after it reaches you, or print quality from low-resolution files.
