How does the process work?
Upload your photos, choose your book's size, cover material and finish, and our design team lays out every spread by hand. You'll get a digital proof to review before anything goes to print.
What photos should I upload — can I use WhatsApp or Instagram photos?
Upload your original photos straight from your camera roll wherever you can. Photos saved from WhatsApp or Instagram are heavily compressed and can look soft or pixelated once printed at book size. We accept JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF, WEBP, TIFF, GIF, AVIF and BMP files.
Will the colours in my printed book match what I see on my screen?
We calibrate our printing to stay as close as possible to your original photos, but some variation between screen and print is normal — screens display colour differently from one another, and printed paper reflects light differently than a backlit display. If a spread looks noticeably off once printed, get in touch and we'll take a look.
What happens if my book arrives damaged?
Contact us with photos of the damage as soon as it arrives and we'll make it right.
How long will delivery take?
Your book is delivered to your location within 8–12 days of approving your digital proof.
Are my uploaded photos private?
Yes. Your photos are used only to design and produce your book. Abandoned drafts are automatically deleted after 7 days of inactivity, and files from completed orders are deleted 5 days after your book ships — every archive is removed within 30 days at the absolute latest.
How many photos and pages can my book have?
Every book starts at 20 pages. You can add extra pages for ₹65 each, up to a maximum of 80 pages.
